A five-month-old puppy was found abandoned inside a wire cage in a park in Chillicothe, Ohio, with a heartbreaking message written across her fur.

On May 22, visitors to a local park noticed the small puppy locked inside a cage that had been left on the ground. There was no owner nearby and no explanation for why the young dog had been abandoned.
