Louie and Bridget, two lovable Pit Bulls, clung tightly to each other in the shelter as if their lives depended on it. Seeing them so devoted to one another was enough for a couple who drove over upon seeing their photo online and decided right away that they would foster these furry friends.

Abandoned without any details or explanation, the couple welcomed Louie and Bridget into their home with open arms, understanding that these pooches deserved a second chance.

As soon as they climbed in the car to head back home, Louie cowered underneath Bridget’s reassuring presence – she stood tall above him like his guardian angel while he trembled fearfully.
